This is your chance to be part of a movement that will elevate an entire industry. The Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in setting up and optimizing processes, implementing new tools, training internal teams on these new processes and last but not the least drive data based decision making in the organisation by building Dashboards and Reports around important KPIs. The ideal candidate will have over 1-3 years of relevant work experience and be well-versed in tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Segment, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI. You will work closely with the product, marketing and revenue teams to drive growth through efficient and scalable operations. Reporting to the Head of Success and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing , you will keep our revenue engine humming by owning the systems, data, and processes that connect Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance. Expect to split your time roughly 40% CRM & tooling, 30% data analysis & reporting, 20% process design & enablement, and 10% ad-hoc experimentation. You’ll be responsible for: Process Setup and Optimization Develop and implement revenue operations processes from scratch to enhance efficiency and scalability. Continuously review and improve existing processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. Tool Implementation Assist in the selection, implementation, and integration of new tools and technologies to support revenue operations. Ensure seamless integration of tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Segment and Netsuite with existing systems. Training and Collaboration Train internal teams on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure effective adoption and utilization. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to internal teams regarding revenue operations tools and processes. Work closely with the product and marketing teams to implement new initiatives that drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and strategies. Data Management and Analysis: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all revenue operations tools and systems. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in revenue operations. Assist with implementation of a BI/Data platform like Tableau, Looker etc. Ideally, you’ll have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in revenue operations or a similar role. Previous PLG B2B SaaS experience is a must. Strong experience with Intercom, HubSpot. Segment experience is a strong plus. Proven ability to set up and optimize processes from scratch. Excellent training and communication skills to effectively onboard and support internal teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with BI/Data platform like Tableau, Looker etc. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
