YOUR CHALLENGES • Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems; including but not limited to generator set and balance of plant equipment, • Maintain, analyze, assess, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair various OEM scope as installed at client sites, • Perform Minor and Major Overhaul, • Assist the Service Area Manager (SAM) establish parts and labour estimates required for equipment and system repairs, • Maintain, establish and identify Service vehicle tooling/parts/etc. requirements, • Provide technical expertise to the SAM or alternate, • Complete detailed Field Service’s Report before leaving a client site and submit expenses weekly to the SAM or his alternate, • Proactively prepare materials list for preventative and corrective work, • Proactively review assigned materials necessary for maintenance actions, informing the SAM/purchasing if further materials are required, • Reference point for the client, assure the continuous and correct operation of the plant, • Take care of the plant, assuring that the plant is kept in clean and tidy conditions WHY WE WOULD CHOOSE YOU • Technical diploma/degree, • 3/5 years of experience in maintenance, • Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawing, • Good knowledge of human-machine devices such as PLCs, inverters, transducers, digital and analog signals (e.g. 4–20 mA and 0–10 V), • Engine, mechanical and hydraulic knowledge, • You know how to use the tools for troubleshooting, • Flexibility, • Availability to travel (average nights out 10 per month), • You are a reliable and curious professional, • Driver's License required, • Work authorization in the country required WHAT WE OFFER • Values-driven and inclusive environment: A workplace built on clear values, transparency, respect, and inclusion, fostering collaboration and open dialogue, • Structured onboarding and mentorship: A dedicated induction program combined with support from experienced professionals to ensure an effective and well-supported integration, • Professional development and growth: Clearly defined career paths supported by annual performance reviews, continuous feedback, and training opportunities in a context that values individual potential and continuous learning, • Job rotation and knowledge sharing: The opportunity over time to explore different roles or projects, fostering the development of cross-functional skills, a broad business perspective, and dynamic career paths, • International environment and mobility: An international organization offering opportunities for multicultural collaboration and, for those interested, international mobility paths over time
