Job Description Within the Information Systems Department (VDSI), you will join the Global Infrastructure team in a multi-regional and international environment (Europe, Americas, Middle East, Asia). You will work in a complex and highly interconnected technical environment, collaborating closely with Infrastructure (InfraOps), Cloud, Network (NetOps), Cybersecurity teams, project teams, and external service providers. The role covers cross-domain infrastructure (servers, cloud, network, security, identity) and requires a strong ability to understand dependencies between these different components. As an Infrastructure Expert, you will be responsible for the stability, design, and evolution of IT infrastructures, ensuring alignment with the Group’s global standards. Key Responsibilities Activity breakdown • 30%: Level 3 support and critical incident management, • 25%: Solution design and technical integration, • 15%: Architecture and standardization, • 15%: Project support and delivery, • 10%: Continuous improvement and optimization, • 5%: Technical leadership and knowledge sharing Core activities • Handle complex and critical incidents, ensuring resolution and performing root cause analysis, • Ensure stability, performance, and availability of infrastructure services, • Provide Level 3 support to operational teams and external service providers, • Design, validate, and implement infrastructure solutions, ensuring end-to-end integration, • Ensure consistency across technical components (compute, network, cloud, security), • Contribute to the definition, evolution, and enforcement of architecture standards, • Support IT projects from design through to implementation and production, • Validate technical solutions and secure deployments, • Contribute to problem management and long-term remediation plans, • Drive continuous improvement, optimization, and automation initiatives, • Propose technical improvements and best practices, • Produce and maintain technical documentation (design, architecture, dependencies, integration), • Ensure smooth transition to operations during production rollouts Cross-functional role • Collaborate with InfraOps, CloudOps, NetOps, and Cybersecurity teams, • Work with international and cross-functional project teams, • Coordinate with external providers in a managed services model, • Ensure global consistency across systems in a multi-domain, multi-region environment, • Contribute to technical decision-making regarding infrastructure evolution Expected deliverables • Architecture and technical design documentation, • Incident analysis and root cause reports, • Technical validation of solutions and deployments, • Infrastructure standards and best practices, • Continuous improvement proposals (automation, optimization, integration) Technical Environment • Hybrid infrastructures (on-premise and cloud), • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, • Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, • Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, • Network and security, • Active Directory and identity management, • ITSM tools (Jira or equivalent), • Monitoring tools (Zabbix or equivalent), • Automation and scripting: PowerShell, Python, Ansible, GitLab, • Collaboration and documentation tools #LI-DT1 Profile • Strong experience in IT infrastructure across multiple domains, • Proven expertise in Level 3 support and complex incident management, • Ability to design and integrate end-to-end technical solutions, • Good understanding of hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud), • Strong awareness of dependencies between infrastructure components, • Experience in international and complex environments, • Experience working with managed service providers Soft skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work in complex environments, • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset, • Technical leadership and ownership, • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics Languages: • Professional level in French, • Professional level in English required Why join us? • Competitive compensation package (profit sharing, bonus, savings plans…), • Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance, • International environment and high-impact projects, • Career mobility and development opportunities, • Personalized development and training programs Recruitment Process • Interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager, • Interview with the hiring manager, • Interview with senior management and/or a peer Safety: Safety is the Group’s absolute priority.
