What we are looking for Technician in plant tissue culture & plant production (Permanent position, CDI) We are seeking a motivated and dynamic technician to join our production team. Your main responsibilities will include: • Handling plant tissues and cells under sterile conditions., • Culturing, maintaining, and monitoring production cell lines., • Preparing and managing culture media for production projects., • Ensuring optimal culture conditions, quality, and traceability of biological material., • Supporting lab management: preparing, cleaning, and sterilizing equipment (autoclave), and maintaining consumable inventories. You will work under the supervision of our project manager, within a dynamic and collaborative team. Qualifications and key skills • 2-year undergraduate degree (DUT, BTS), BSc, or equivalent in biology., • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a biotechnology laboratory or plant tissue culture., • Proven experience with sterile techniques applied to plant tissue or cell culture., • Solid understanding of laboratory hygiene and safety rules., • Rigorous, well-organized, proactive, and team-oriented., • Eager to promote scientific integrity and to support successful communication within the company., • Motivated to contribute to the success of your team’s project., • Intermediate English level (B2 minimum).
