Main Mission As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for our destination UK and shape and elevate our digital presence. You will lead social media account management, content strategy, and high-end asset creation (photography/video editing) while actively cultivating and engaging a prestigious B2B community of travel agents affiliated with global luxury networks. Missions & Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Content Creation • Social Strategy: Define and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the high expectations of luxury travel clients., • Content Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and schedule original, high-quality content (visuals, videos, stories, reels, and carousels)., • Brand Localization: Adapt the tone, visuals, and messaging to match local luxury trends and cultural norms of our target markets., • Destination Spotlight: Create compelling content showcasing our bespoke travel services and exclusive destinations to our network of international travel advisors. 1. Webinars • Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and industry suppliers to plan engaging, biweekly educational webinars., • Content curation: Develop sophisticated webinar content and polished presentation materials., • Hosting: Serve as the digital host, ensuring a seamless and professional presentation delivery., • Campaign lifecycle: Manage all pre- and post-webinar communications to maximize attendance and follow-up engagement. 1. Email Strategy • Campaign planning: Plan, design, and execute an annual email marketing calendar., • Asset creation: Design and build premium, on-brand email templates within HubSpot., • Performance tracking: Schedule email deployments, track key performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on results. 1. Community & Reputation Management • Engagement: Drive daily engagement across platforms, responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions promptly and flawlessly., • B2B networking: Foster and grow relationships with luxury travel advisors, prestigious agency networks, and key industry influencers., • Brand sentiment: Monitor online brand reputation, ensuring the highly polished, elite image expected in the ultra-luxury travel industry is maintained at all times. 1. Analytics & Performance Tracking • KPI management: Track, analyze, and report on monthly social media KPIs (engagement, reach, and community growth)., • Strategic Optimization: Adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize digital ROI. Candidate Profile • Languages: English (Native or Bilingual) is mandatory. Professional proficiency in Spanish and French is considered a strong asset, but not required., • Experience: Proven experience in social media or community management, ideally within the luxury, hospitality, or high-end travel sectors., • Technical skills: A refined eye for visual aesthetics; proficiency in mobile video editing, photography, and social media management tools. Experience with HubSpot or any other CRM is a plus., • Soft skills: Exceptional storytelling abilities, autonomy, cultural awareness, and a natural alignment with luxury industry standards.
