Role Overview They are seeking an experienced Active ETF Sales Specialist to drive distribution efforts across France and the Benelux region. The successful candidate will leverage a deep understanding of ETF products and relationships across key client channels to expand the firms footprint across the region. This role requires a proactive, strategic professional, based in Paris, with a proven track record in ETF distribution and strong language capabilities in both French and English. Key Responsibilities • Act as the go-to ETF specialist across France and the Benelux region, bringing deep expertise in ETF strategies, product positioning, performance analytics, and the evolving market landscape., • Build, cultivate, and expand relationships with a broad range of clients including institutions, intermediaries, wealth managers, digital platforms, and private banks throughout the French and Benelux markets., • Uncover new business opportunities and drive targeted sales initiatives to grow their ETF footprint in the region, with clear emphasis on asset accumulation and revenue expansion., • Draw on an established network to introduce their ETF capabilities to prospective clients, while continuing to deepen engagement with existing ones., • Work in close partnership with the broader Client Group and internal teams to sharpen coverage, elevate client service quality, and channel product feedback where it matters most., • Track and interpret regional market dynamics, client requirements, competitor developments, and shifts in the regulatory environment to sharpen and inform business development efforts., • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry conferences, seminars, and sector events to reinforce the firm's brand, credibility, and thought leadership within the ETF space., • Deliver compelling, high-calibre product training sessions and presentations tailored to both internal teams and external audiences., • Partner closely with compliance and risk functions to ensure all business activities remain fully aligned with applicable regulatory requirements. Requirements • Strong experience in the distribution or sales of ETF products across France and the Benelux region., • Full professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is a prerequisite., • A proven and demonstrable record of driving ETF asset growth and building lasting relationships across wholesale, institutional, and intermediary channels, ideally within the French and the Benelux markets., • A well-established network of key decision-makers and influencers within the French and the Benelux ETF landscape, spanning private banks, institutions, asset managers, wealth managers, and digital platforms., • Comprehensive knowledge of ETF investment strategies, portfolio construction principles, active and passive product structures, derivatives and structured instruments, quantitative methodologies, product positioning, and the relevant regulatory framework., • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels., • A clearly demonstrated strategic, consultative, and client-first approach to business development., • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to draw meaningful insights from market data, intelligence, and research to identify and act on commercial opportunities., • A results-oriented, entrepreneurial outlook, characterised by initiative and a proactive approach to identifying and converting new business prospects., • A high level of professionalism and personal integrity, with the ability to work autonomously in a demanding and fast-moving environment., • Solid organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively., • Prior experience within a global or matrix-structured organisation would be considered an advantage., • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline; relevant professional qualifications such as a CFA or CAIA designation are strongly preferred.
