ROLE: KITCHEN MANAGER
Maintain all hygiene and safety regulations and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Make sure that the mise en place and shifts run smoothly
Manage the transition of meal orders and delivery
Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and the kitchen procedures and rules are followed
Ensure optimum quality service
Achieve performance objectives according to the KPIs
Manage the kitchen stocks according to the internal procedures
