The role of Waiter/Waitress: Working as part of the floor team within our busy classic style restaurant Setting up the restaurant in preparation for and during service Guiding guests from the beginning to the end of their dining experience Sharing menu knowledge, taking orders and payments A mixture of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Waiter / Waitress / Chef de Rang to join General Manager Sam AitAftis and our Front of House team at Franco’s on Jermyn Street, Green Park. What can you bring to the team? - Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced establishment, catering for 80 to 100 covers during each service - Will have a good general knowledge of Italian cuisine - A good knowledge of the different grape varieties and wine styles, spirits and classic cocktails - Being able to recommend dishes based on the information provided by the guest - Able to serve and clear a table up to 4 people - Have experience and a good awareness of opportunities to improving sales and an ability to anticipate guest needs - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - Motivation, commitment, success orientated with a ‘can do’ attitude - Knowledge & diversity from previous roles to the team - Enthusiasm, drive & desire to learn - Knowledge of Point of Sale software TISSL would be beneficial - WSET certification or equivalent would be beneficial
