WHAT YOU’LL DO In this maternity cover role, you will be joining a great team and contributing to a wide array of projects. Primarily, you will be responsible for acting as the point of contact for tracking, monitoring, and processing post-sale service contracts. This role is expected to run until April 2027. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Calculate new service contract pricing and prepare client-facing proposal documents., • Track and quote renewals of existing maintenance support contracts and provide client-facing proposal documents., • Update and maintain various tracking reports and corresponding client folders with relevant information., • Monitor emails for new installation project requests or support uplift pricing requests, where required., • Monitor emails for service support contract compliance., • Liaise with Account Managers to follow up on quotes issued., • Track and report on quote status., • Liaise with the Global Helpdesk team and Service Managers regarding service contract-related pricing and queries., • Work closely with a global team of service contract co-ordinators, where required, to support global service contract management. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves: • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written., • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities., • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent., • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar service contract support role (preferred)., • Experience utilising company intranet systems and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
