Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction recruitment. Proven track record of successful placements. Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and implementing recruitment systems and processes from inception. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and candidates. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for meetings, or site visits. Skills Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
