Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and implementing recruitment systems and processes from inception. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and candidates. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for meetings, or site visits.
