We’re looking for a Production Shift Manager to lead one of our key production shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while building a high-performing, engaged team. What you’ll be doing As Production Shift Manager, you’ll have full ownership of your shift — balancing people leadership with operational excellence. You’ll: • Lead production operations to consistently hit KPI, throughput, and OTIF targets, • Take full accountability for Health & Safety, driving continuous risk reduction and improvement, • Manage and develop Production Supervisors and Machine Controllers, • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met at all times, • Plan production runs to minimise waste and meet customer demand, • Drive continuous improvement across site standards, processes, and performance, • Own shift KPIs — celebrating success and leading root cause analysis when targets aren’t met, • Keep the site audit & visitor ready at all times, • Lead investigations, disciplinaries, and absence management when required, • Develop your people through structured training plans and coaching, • Play an active role in the business’s social and environmental responsibilities About you You’re a confident, hands-on leader who knows how to get the best from large, diverse teams.
