Internal Account Manager – Doncaster Salary: £35-45k + bonus Are you a customer focused Internal Account Manager who thrives on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth? In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, nurture long term relationships, lead commercial discussions, and spot opportunities to upsell and increase revenue. What’s on offer: • Sales bonus scheme, • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, including a birthday allowance, • Company laptop, free Friday lunches, and free parking, • Clear progression path to Key Account Manager and beyond Duties of an Internal Account Manager: • Manage and grow accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention, acting as point of contact, • Conduct virtual and occasional face-to-face account reviews, • Analyse customer spend trends to identify growth opportunities, • Own pricing structures and Excel based reporting, • Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively re-engage customers Requirements of an Internal Account Manager: • Confident managing client relationships and commercial discussions, • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, • Strong Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs, • Local to Doncaster and excited to work in a growing company, • Experience selling to National Housebuilders and construction companies is desirable
