ClearVUE Business is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Service Manager who can bring structure, efficiency, and a positive team spirit to our workplace. You’ll be at the heart of our operations streamlining processes, supporting teams, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork. What exactly will you do? • Lead, manage, and develop the Admin Team to ensure consistent high performance and service delivery, • Monitor KPIS and drive team performance, • Resolve conflict within the team before it escalates by mediating any conflicts., • Deliver 1 to 1’s, • Allocating and managing tasks within the team and resolving any conflict or confusion of tasks, • Training, supporting and upskilling employee, • Manage day-to-day operations across ClearVUE’s administrative functions to ensure effective coordination and communication, • Compiling and assuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts., • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems, policies, and workflows., • Any additional ad hoc tasks in line with business requirements. What we’re looking for • 2+ years of experience in managing a team, • A confident and inspiring leader with the ability to effectively manage and drive a high performing team, • A clear communicator and active listener, • Creative mindset and an outside of the box approach to problem solving, • Comfortable being fully transparent with your team and keeping them up to date with necessary business updates, • Proven ability to be consistent in the management of your team ClearVUE is an equal opportunities employer.
