As our new Student Assistant Strategy, you will analyse the market to uncover insights about competitors, industry trends, and potential risks and opportunities. You will also track technological advancements and innovations to help ensure Cadeler remains informed and strategically aligned with the latest developments in the sector. Your Main Tasks Include • Assist the team in driving key strategic projects within areas like fleet expansion, M&A, geographical expansion, and scope expansion., • Assist the team in drafting clear presentations based on solid data analysis using tools like PowerPoint and Excel., • Assist in setting, following, and adjusting the long-term organizational strategy and supporting the Leadership Teams and Board by creating strategic proposals and presentations, • Support the commercial team with insights and strategic support in project selection and tender processes., • Assist in resolving ad hoc requests as they arise., • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and coordinate data/insights collection.
