Duties • Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and assist various departments across the organisation., • Manage emails, calendars and meeting schedules using Microsoft Outlook., • Prepare professional documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint., • Update and maintain customer records and company databases using internal CRM systems., • Assist with processing business documentation, purchase orders and general office administration., • Coordinate meetings, training sessions and internal communications., • Provide excellent customer service by responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner., • Support project administration for the IT team by tracking tasks, documentation and deadlines., • Organise and maintain digital filing systems to ensure company records remain accurate and accessible., • Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop knowledge of business operations and the technology sector., • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally., • Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend any required training sessions.
