The Engineering Technical Lead will serve as the primary customer interface and lead a team of software, testing, and delivery engineers from requirements, through testing to release of the embedded software. Working within an agile V-cycle delivery framework the team is responsible for software architecture, MATLAB/Simulink model development, unit testing, component and HiL integration testing. Close collaboration and clear communication to the team and the customer is essential ensuring customer requirements are met on time. • Serve as technical authority across all assigned work packages, leading production and review of software architecture documents, design artifacts, Simulink models and testing activities., • Manage the engineering team ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time and to quality, contractual and legislative requirements., • Lead stand-ups and sprint ceremonies for the Expleo team., • Identify, assess and elevate technical risks, proposing clear mitigation actions., • Ensure resource capability and skill allocation are suitable for the project., • Be the technical focal point of the team and build good working relationships with customers.
