Warehousing • Manage the relationship and performance of two 3rd Party Logistics providers based in Continental Europe., • Liaising with the UK group warehousing organisation to ensure optimal movement of goods., • Oversee the accuracy of stock movement and storage of goods and components Logistics & Freight Services • Manage global freight operations across multi-modal transportation (air, ocean, road, rail)., • Manager a team of 2 Logistics Coordinators., • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners., • Drive cost optimization and service-level improvements through strategic freight planning.
