Executive Assistant to Director\n Location: Llanelli, South Wales \n Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) \n Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) \n Company: T&M Group Ltd About the Role\n T&M Group Ltd is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Director across a diverse group of businesses operating within construction, civil engineering, grounds maintenance, facilities management, and property sectors. \n This is a fast-paced and varied position requiring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality. The successful candidate will become a key member of the leadership team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Director's activities and wider business functions. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Managing the Director's diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.\n, • Screening and prioritising emails, telephone calls, and correspondence.\n, • Preparing professional reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documents.\n, • Assisting with tender submissions, proposals, contracts, and commercial documentation.\n, • Coordinating meetings with clients, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.\n, • Monitoring actions arising from meetings and ensuring completion.\n, • Managing confidential company records and maintaining filing systems.\n, • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.\n, • Assisting with company compliance documentation and certifications.\n, • Liaising with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.\n, • Producing management reports and helping track key business performance metrics.\n, • Providing general administrative support to the Director and senior management team.\nEssential Requirements\n\n, • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administrator.\n, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n, • Strong organisational and time management abilities.\n, • High level of discretion and professionalism.\n, • Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads effectively.\n, • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\n, • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n, • Full UK Driving Licence preferred.\nDesirable Experience\n\n, • Experience within construction, engineering, utilities, facilities management, or property sectors.\n, • Experience preparing tender documents, quotations, or commercial reports.\n, • Familiarity with contract administration and project documentation.\nWhat We Offer\n\n, • Competitive salary of £28,000–£30,000 per annum.\n, • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.\n, • Company pension scheme.\n, • Career development opportunities within a growing group of businesses.\n, • Supportive and professional working environment.\n, • Exposure to major infrastructure, construction, and commercial projects.\n, • Opportunity to work directly alongside senior leadership and influence business growth.\nAbout You\n You will be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in keeping operations organised and running smoothly.
