Job title: Operations Finance Analyst Location: Warwick/Hybrid Duration: 6 months initially Adecco is an employment consultancy. The role: Reporting to the Operational Finance & Treasury Transformation Lead, the Operational Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the Product Owners for Operational Finance who are responsible for developing and delivering the roadmap for Ops Finance processes within the CFO transformation team. Responsibilities: • Support the delivery of the product roadmap for operational finance and participate in the workshops and design sessions., • Help translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, user-stories, and acceptance test criteria., • Support the product owners to develop, prioritise, and continuously maintain the product requirements, to meet the desired outcomes., • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks., • Review the operational finance change impact assessment, identifying any changes or gaps., • Review the operational finance training needs assessment, identifying any changes or gaps., • Support in the creation of test scenarios, produce test scripts and carry out UAT to ensure the system designed is fit for purpose., • Support in the creation of the training materials and become a train the trainer to train out the business for the new processes., • Support in the review of personas for all people that interact with operational finance processes, internal and external., • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement to deliver a product fit for purpose, end-to-end., • Collaborate cross functionally with Key Partners to drive progress and gain buy in and support from within the team and across the organisation., • Identify risks, ensuring they are flagged to the appropriate people/forum., • Foster a culture of cross functional working, innovation, and continuous improvement., • Experience in operational finance., • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills., • Track record of delivering performance efficiency and operational excellence., • Good understanding of governance, risk & internal control frameworks., • Good communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
