Proficiency with common office software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with CRM or sales tools. Proactive, problem-solving approach, comfortable taking ownership and making suggestions rather than waiting for instruction. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach to all tasks. Experience in a start-up or scale-up, or in a role that combines office management with sales or operations support, would be an advantage but is not essential.
