Responsibilities: • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food production, food preparation, customer service, and team management., • Ensure that FOH operates efficiently and meets all service and brand standards., • Manage and supervise the day to day operations of the FOH team., • Train and develop employees to maintain high standards of quality and service., • Assist the General Manager in implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability., • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner., • Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or culinary setting., • Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations., • Excellent leadership and team management skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.     Catering Staff – Schools | Reading Location: Reading & surrounding areas Positions: General Assistants, Catering Assistants, Kitchen Porters & Baristas Shifts: 12-hour shifts | Monday to Friday Enhanced weekend rates Weekly pay every Friday We are a contract catering agency supplying temporary staff to a range of schools and education sites across the Reading area. We are currently looking for experienced General Assistants, Catering Assistants, Kitchen Porters and Baristas to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and experienced catering professionals looking for stable Monday-to-Friday work, with the potential to secure a permanent position with the client for the right candidate.
