Job Description: We are looking for ax experienced Sous Chef with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone trustworthy, efficient & organised to take care of the running of our kitchen when our head chef is off. Responsibilities include running the pass, ensuring quality and standards are maintained, keeping in top of all due diligence and EHO requirements, ordering, keeping track of stock levels and managing the rest of the kitchen team.
