Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesaler (Cheshire) My client we are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Branch Manager to lead their Runcorn operation. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of branch performance, manage a dedicated team, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The organisation are and established and leading supplier into the energy sector in the UK and have international aspirations. They have achieved year-on-year growth within the markets that they supply through their branch network in the UK. The Runcorn Branch is a key contributor to their continuing growth strategy in the UK. Key Responsibilities: • Full responsibility for the branch P&L and commercial performance., • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to the branch team., • Deliver excellent service to existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities., • Drive sales growth, increase market share, and deliver consistent revenue improvements., • Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company standards. About You: • Proven experience in branch, depot, or business management within electrical wholesale, distribution, or a related trade environment., • Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver P&L targets., • Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills., • A customer-focused approach with a track record of building strong client relationships., • Ambition and drive to grow and improve business performance.
