Role Overview We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support recruitment across all divisions of the Wiggett Group. This role will work closely with Hiring Managers, the Talent team and the Onboarding function to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality candidates including permanent hires and approved subcontractors. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting interview processes, arranging compliance checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Recruitment • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, adverts, referrals and talent pools, • Qualify and screen CVs and profile matches, • Conduct initial screening calls, • Arrange and schedule interviews, ensuring excellent candidate experience, • Support creation and posting of job adverts Sub-Contractor Engagement & Onboarding • Assist in identifying and engaging subcontractor partners across trade disciplines, • Obtain required compliance documents (certs, insurance, right to work), • Liaise with Contracts Managers and Compliance to approve subcontractors, • Support onboarding of subcontractors into internal systems and trackers Candidate Experience & Administration • Maintain ATS accuracy and candidate notes, • Send interview confirmations and follow-up communications, • Support offer process and pre-employment checks, • Work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure timely starts, • Contribute to reporting and data integrity on recruitment metrics Skills & Experience • Experience in recruitment/resourcing (internal or agency) preferred, • Knowledge of construction, social housing or blue-collar trades is beneficial, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills, • Confident user of MS Office, ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter What We Offer • Salary: £25,000 - £28,500, • Career development & progression pathways (with opportunity to train into full TA Specialist role), • People-first culture and supportive team environment, • Exposure to multiple business divisions & senior stakeholders
