This new Senior Communications Specialist role will be central to delivering high-quality, engaging internal communications that bring the Executive Committee's vision to life, inspire colleagues and create energy, belief and connection during a period of significant transformation. Combining leadership with hands-on delivery, the role oversees two specialist roles: one focused on optimising core channels such as SharePoint and Viva Engage, and another dedicated to creative design and content production. Together, the team will deliver dynamic, visually compelling communications that cut through, reflect organisational priorities and maintain a consistent tone, voice and visual identity across the Group.
