We are currently seeking an experienced D365 CE DevOps Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in London, UK (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite). Who Will You Work With Our client is a global leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, enabling organizations to optimize customer engagement, automate business processes, and scale digital ecosystems. You’ll work closely with solution architects, developers, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient delivery of D365 CE solutions across environments. About the Role As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes for the D365 platform. You’ll bridge the gap between development and operations, leveraging Azure DevOps, Power Platform CLI, and modern ALM practices to streamline solution delivery, enhance reliability, and improve deployment efficiency. This is a hybrid contract position based in London, UK, requiring 2–3 days of onsite collaboration each week. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE using Azure DevOps., • Automate solution exports/imports, environment provisioning, and configuration deployments across dev, test, and prod environments., • Integrate source control (Git) for managed/unmanaged solutions and custom components., • Collaborate with developers, architects, and consultants to streamline delivery workflows., • Manage Power Platform CLI, PAC (Power Platform ALM) tooling, and YAML-based pipelines., • Support release management, including rollback strategies and deployment scheduling., • Ensure deployments align with security, compliance, and governance standards., • Monitor system health and performance, proactively diagnosing and resolving issues., • Document best practices, train teams, and share knowledge across delivery squads., • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and DevOps advancements. Preferred Skills & Experience • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Online or On-Prem)., • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards., • Experience managing source control for Power Platform solutions using Git., • Familiarity with Solution Packager, Power Platform CLI, and ALM methodologies., • Scripting proficiency: PowerShell, YAML, and Azure CLI., • Understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, and integration patterns., • Experience deploying managed/unmanaged solutions across environments., • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, environment strategies, and API governance., • Background in agile/scrum delivery frameworks. Desirable Skills • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI., • Familiarity with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Application Insights., • Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, AZ-400, MB-600) are highly desirable., • Prior experience in enterprise-scale or regulated environments is an advantage.
