Qualifications Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively. A valid driving licence is required for site travel.
