We're hiring for safe and respectful drivers to deliver our delicious pizzas hot'n'fresh across multiple sites in London! You must have excellent navigation and customer service skills. You'll get hands-on training from an experienced team and brilliant opportunities to work your way up in the business if you seek progression and want to learn new skills such as management or pizza chef skills. We work with marginalised, often NEET, 16–25-year-olds from a range of diverse and underrepresented communities. Our mission is to break social isolation and provide a creative outlet that offers hope, practical support, and real-world insight into the systemic barriers young adults face. The Role We’re seeking a qualified mental health specialist youth worker to support our Creative Bootcamp – a two-week immersive programme supporting up to 10 young people in expressing themselves through creative projects. You will create emotionally safe, affirming environments. Your role will combine well-being check-ins, crisis awareness, and embedding trauma-informed frameworks into creative delivery. You’ll work in a large team of x5 fellow youth workers over the two weeks to deliver the most engaging and interactive creative bootcamp. You’ll: - Provide emotional support and guidance on wellbeing to participants. - Form part of our delivery team as part of the creative programme following our designed workshop brief - Conduct 1:1 check-ins and support access to services if needed - Offer tailored support and a safe space for participants, promoting positive behaviour, providing encouragement and guidance. - Advise on mental health best practices for the delivery team - Co-create a calm, inclusive, safe space for young people to thrive - Build rapport with young people and contribute to debriefs and team reflections. - Help facilitate group sessions that prioritise expression, belonging, and wellbeing. - Deliver inclusive and engaging sessions tailored to individual learning needs. - Be the trusted main point of contact for up to x6 young people, ensuring attendance and any behavioural needs are supported Requirements - Recognised qualification in youth mental health, counselling, therapy or psychology. - Experience working with 16–25-year-olds in education, community or creative settings. - Excellent knowledge of mental health resources, signposting and safeguarding. - Strong values in equity, youth empowerment and intersectional care. - Excellent communication, empathy, and boundary-setting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in building rapport with young people and young adults - Proactive work ethic, always looking for new opportunities to support our young people develop and grow - Excellent written English language skills - Excellent organisational skills and experience updating CRM systems - Reliability to execute on time for deliverables & deadlines Optional - Career Counselling, Career Development, and Career Management skills - Knowledge of current trends in career development and vocational opportunities We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of our young people and expect all staff to share this commitment.
