We are seeking a reliable drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting household goods to various locations in the London and surrounding areas. Duties - Communicate effectively with team members and clients per job. - Operate as a Van driver for deliveries with a drivers mate, (2 man team per van) Times to start are early at 6am. ( So if not an early person please do not apply, as we need a reliable team for the job in hand) - Handle goods within the Warehouse and deliver direct to customers. - Utilise commercial driving skills for safe transportation - Perform deliveries efficiently and on time is a must. - Drive responsibly and adhere to traffic regulations - Assist with loading and unloading, involving heavy lifting from time to time. Experience - Previous experience as a Delivery driver is advantageous but training will be given. - Ability to drive various vehicles safely. - Proficient in heavy lifting techniques. We are recruiting for One Validation Controller to join our back-office team. As the Validation Controller you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support and help to optimise the working day of the Field Engineers to achieve the daily delivery of customer service in line with the agreed SLA’s and by maximising the efficiency of the service delivery, ensure they are achieved in an efficient and customer focused manner. In your role you will be responsible for: · 2nd line support, supporting all field engineers, offering technical assistance and advice helping the engineer meet the clients SLA’s. · Offer Jeopardy and controls assistance on any testing or technical issues. · Help assist engineers run down their work in a timely manner throughout the working day. · Proactively support and assist new to field engineers. · Answer and action any queries and or requests received from the client. · Validate job closures including ensuring the correct pictures and relevant information are uploaded. · Maintain contact with engineers throughout the day, ensuring any failed installs are accounted for and closed correctly with sufficient notes to assist the client resolve any outstanding issues. · Challenge and validate any failed jobs and promote health and safety standards ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements. · Avoid potential work failures by liaison with client Customers. · Ensure all jobs are accounted for and closed by the end of the day. · Communicate with field team managers and area managers of any issues throughout the working day.
