Overview The AI Strategy & Adoption Lead will play a critical role in ensuring Gallagher maximises the value of its investment in Artificial Intelligence (AI) by driving adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes across our UK Trading Divisions and Enterprise Solutions. This is a business-facing role that requires a strategic mindset and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. While not a technical position, we require a solid understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications within a business context. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance operations, improve decision-making, and deliver value across Gallagher UK.
