    To assist in the educational, social, and emotional development of individual children, under the guidance of the Headteacher, SENCO, and class teachers. Key Responsibilities: Provide class and 1-1 support to children both in and outside the classroom to help them fully engage in activities. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for children. To plan and prepare resources by working closely with class teachers and external professionals, such as speech and occupational therapists, to support the children's needs. Help maintain accurate pupil records and contribute to reports on progress. Support children with emotional or behavioural difficulties, encouraging the development of social skills and positive behaviours. Assist in the preparation and presentation of displays of children's work. Support class teachers with administrative tasks, including photocopying and lesson preparation. Undertake other duties as directed by the Headteacher. Promote the ethos and values of the school, setting a positive example in terms of attendance, dress, and punctuality. Attend staff meetings, INSET, and training as required. Maintain awareness of health and safety, ensuring a safe environment for all children. Keep confidential information secure at all times.
