Associate Director Duties and Responsibilities; Win, manage and grow own portfolio of clients. Provide industry leading insights, solutions and advice to build the firms reputation and client base. Promote the products, services and image of the firm in order to generate new business opportunities and enhance the reputation of the firm. Create and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with clients, Directors and staff. Contribute to strategic and business planning to deliver an increase in revenue and profits. Recruit, develop and manage a high performing team who deliver a great service to clients and meet their billing targets. Create a high performing culture where people live the vision, mission and values and take action to improve if not. Ensure client work complies with all legal and ethical standards and statutory regulations. Provide leadership and direction to the team to help motivate and inspire people to higher performance. Set performance measures, review performance and take effective action to improve when off track. Develop workforce planning and workload management processes that ensure the correct staffing levels to process workload. Develop people, processes, systems and practices in order to raise productivity and the quality of outputs. Be a strong role model for the organisations values and standards to develop a high performance culture. Develop and maintain the highest standards of technical knowledge and expertise for self and others.
