The person we’re looking for We need someone who is reliable, organised and able to take ownership. This isn’t a role where someone simply turns up, nurses for the clinician and goes home. The right person should be comfortable saying: “I know what is happening with the referrals, I know which patients still need triaging, I know who needs booking, I know what stock we need, and I know whether the dental side of Refresh is running properly.”
