A growing business is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business expansion, manage key accounts and lead revenue growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business growth. Identify and target new markets, industries, and opportunities. Build a high-value pipeline of new clients through proactive lead generation. Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for major clients, understanding their needs and challenges. Provide technical advice on the product range. Analyse sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing, positioning, and value propositions. Identify and implement process improvements to optimise sales operations. Were looking for a Business Development Manager with: Experience in the Automotive product sales Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or key account management. Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth. Experience managing high-value key accounts and long-term client relationships. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite Valid driver's license and willingness / access to HP, HA, NW, W, and WD post codes Excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
