Do you want to share your expertise and inspire future leaders in the sector? PfP Thrive, our Training arm of the business, is looking for an experienced housing professional to join us as a Tutor. You'll play a central role in delivering Level 4 professional qualifications, supporting learners to achieve their potential and embedding high professional standards across the housing sector. This is a unique opportunity to combine your housing expertise with your passion for teaching. You'll be shaping the knowledge, skills, and careers of housing professionals across Places for People and the wider sector. What you'll do: • Design and deliver engaging programmes of learning for CIH Level 4, • Facilitate interactive workshops (both in-person and virtual) that inspire learners and support their professional growth., • Develop high-quality lesson plans, resources, and assessments aligned with CIH standards., • Mark assignments and lead professional discussions, ensuring learners are fully supported to succeed., • Provide constructive feedback and progress updates to help learners achieve their goals. About you: The Essential Criteria for this role is listed below: • Qualified to at least CIH Level 4 (or equivalent) and 2/3 years Senior Leader Experience, • Proven and extensive senior-level leadership experience in the housing sector, • Strong trainer and facilitator, confident presenting to groups of managers and senior leaders., • Skilled in lesson planning, use of IT and learning platforms, and the creation of high-quality learning materials., • Excellent communicator and coach, able to motivate and support learners from different backgrounds., • Flexible and willing to travel nationally to deliver face-to-face training sessions.
