Anglepoise is now seeking an experienced and passionate E-commerce and Digital Marketing Executive in a dynamic role supporting the Head of Marketing across our global businesses. This position is open to all with direct experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. Ideal for someone with + two years of hands-on experience who is happiest in spreadsheets, dashboards and platforms. About Anglepoise Anglepoise has been solving lighting problems for over 90 years. This role sits where our online shop, our marketing and our numbers all meet. Less mood board. More dashboard. About the role You will help run and grow our e-commerce channels day to day. You will keep our websites and digital shelves in good order. You will look after the numbers that tell us what is working. You will support our performance marketing across Google, Meta and TikTok. Key responsibilities E-commerce Operations & Trading • Keep the e-commerce engine running: promotions, pricing, new products, merchandising and content updates., • Drive daily order processing and fulfilment across UK/EU sites and key marketplaces., • Ensure every product is spot-on — data, images, descriptions, variants and market availability., • Refresh homepage, landing pages and core content in WordPress/WooCommerce., • Launch on-site campaigns: banners, carousels, navigation and promo pages., • Elevate product copy and content for clarity, consistency and SEO., • Keep FAQs and self-service content useful and up to date., • Support Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax) to drive profitable growth., • Assist with Meta (FB/IG) campaigns - Audiences, placement, tracking and creative testing., • Assist with TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop setup, optimisation and reporting., • Track performance across channels — spend, revenue, ROAS and key e-commerce KPIs., • Build clear weekly/monthly GA4 and platform reports, turning data into actionable insights., • Maintain clean, accurate product feeds across Google, Meta, TikTok and marketplaces., • Help manage the e-commerce/CRM database to keep data structured and GDPR compliant., • Build lists, properties and reports in HubSpot to power lifecycle and campaign reporting., • Monitor site behaviour: speed, checkout flow, high-exit pages and funnel drop-offs., • Support A/B tests and CRO ideas to boost conversion., • Track competitor moves and best-practice trends, sharing inspiration with the team., • Support and run digital projects - new features, markets and channels., • Keep project plans organised and on track., • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance and external partners for smooth project and change delivery., • Bring a B-Corp mindset — reduce waste, improve experience and help build a responsible brand. About you We are looking for someone who’s “passionate about the numbers and the details” and strives to deliver excellent customer experience to all they work with. You will have: • +2 Years experience across digital marketing and e-commerce., • Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce., • Experience with at least one of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop., • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Comfortable with filters, pivot tables, lookups and building tidy, well-labelled sheets., • Confident using analytics tools. Google Analytics 4 as a minimum, plus experience with basic reports and funnels., • Good understanding of basic SEO principles and on-site optimisation., • Awareness of UX and A/B testing concepts, or a willingness to learn quickly., • Comfortable working with multiple systems. Ecommerce platform, Sage or similar for order queries, HubSpot, marketplace dashboards., • An all-encompassing desire to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, • Highly motivated, self-starter with a hands-on attitude, • Excellent communication skills, • Committed to personal and professional growth, • Set high standards of performance What’s in it for you?
