Infrastructure Finance Associate (NQ–5PQE) – International Law Firm – Central London Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (NQ–5PQE) to join its highly regarded infrastructure finance team in London. The Role This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of mandates. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, collaborative team and work closely with senior lawyers on: • Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation for infrastructure finance transactions, • Providing strategic guidance to clients, leveraging strong market awareness and sector knowledge, • Managing client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery, • Collaborating across teams, departments, and jurisdictions in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment, • Leading and supervising junior team members, • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to group and firm-wide strategies, • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, • Developing and sharing legal and sector knowledge internally and externally What They’re Looking For • Qualified lawyer, ideally NQ–5PQE, • Experience in at least one of: project finance, infrastructure finance, or leveraged/real estate finance, • Demonstrated interest in energy and infrastructure, with strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines, • Highly motivated team player with excellent organisational skills, • Clear and concise communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail, • Entrepreneurial drive and strong commercial acumen, • Sound judgement, credibility, and alignment with the firm’s core values Why Apply?
