Monitor achievement rates to meet Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Modern Apprenticeship requirements. Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across assessment practice. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Provide advice to employers and candidates on vocational programmes. Support staff recruitment, induction and development. About You You will be organised, enthusiastic and quality-focused, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. You will enjoy problem solving, working with partners and ensuring an excellent experience for learners and employers. Requirements of the Role Industry competence in a relevant discipline. HNC/HND (or equivalent). Strong experience in work-based learning and assessment. D32/33, A1/V1, LD9DI/LD11 or equivalent. Knowledge of vocational qualifications, MA frameworks and SDS guidelines. Knowledge of Workplace Core Skills and quality assurance processes Experience with e-portfolio, management systems.
