Key Responsibilities • Analyse customer data from dine‑in, takeaway, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and other platforms, • Research local market trends, popular cuisines, and emerging food preferences, • Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, menu items, promotions, customer reviews), • Evaluate the performance of existing menu items and recommend new dishes, • Track sales trends across branches and identify growth opportunities, • Prepare clear reports and insights for management, • Support marketing campaigns with data‑driven recommendations, • Monitor industry trends in the UK restaurant sector, • Maintain organised research documentation and dashboards Skills & Qualifications • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools, • Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly, • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills, • Knowledge of market research methods and basic statistics, • Experience in hospitality, retail, or food industry research is an advantage, • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks What We’re Looking For • Someone proactive, curious, and comfortable working with numbers, • A fast learner who understands customer behaviour and food trends, • Strong organisational skills, • A team player who can collaborate with marketing, operations, and management.
