HR Business Partner – Strategic People Projects - Hybrid (Salisbury-based HQ) | 💷 Up to £60,000 Looking to step into a strategic HR role where you can genuinely shape the people roadmap? As they continue to scale, they're investing in their people function - with a sharp focus on long-term growth, skills development, and organisational maturity. They’re now hiring a HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of key people initiatives, and help shape the future of the organisation. You’ll have a seat at the table and the freedom to make a real impact across the business. This role is hybrid, with regular presence onsite at their Salisbury HQ. Where You’ll Add Value This isn’t an operational HR role. It’s strategic, project-based, and forward-looking. You’ll work on: • Learning & Development frameworks, • Skills mapping and capability building, • Building out career progression paths, salary grades, and banding frameworks, • Leading on succession planning and talent pipeline work, • Supporting organisational design and structure reviews, • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Exec functions, • Acting as a trusted advisor while helping embed a strong, values-led culture You’ll be joining a company with ambitious growth plans and a people-first ethos, giving you the platform to drive real change.
