i Boss Lounge Restaurant and Live Music, Coventry's premier destination for shisha, handcrafted food, and live entertainment, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our team. This role is crucial in upholding our reputation for world-class service and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, shisha lounge, and live music venue., • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations., • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction., • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal efficiency and profitability., • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience., • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly., • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment, adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations., • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers., • Have a Team Leader spirit, experienced in creating rotas., • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
