Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Manage and support staff, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise. - Ensure all setups are completed accurately and on time. - Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. - Communicate effectively with event planners, hotel management, and staff. - Monitor event timelines and adjust as necessary to meet client needs.
