This is a highly relationship-driven role, combining outreach, stakeholder engagement, and learner support to ensure individuals are successfully enrolled and supported into training.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n * Promote AEB courses, employability programmes, and skills bootcamps\n\n * Recruit and enrol learners onto funded training programmes\n\n * Build and maintain partnerships with job centres, community groups, and referral organisations\n\n * Identify and engage unemployed or under-employed individuals\n\n * Act as a key point of contact, providing Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG)\n\n * Support learner onboarding and enrolment processes\n\n * Organise and attend outreach events, engagement sessions, and recruitment drives\n\n * Monitor performance against learner recruitment targets and KPIs\n\n * Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance\n\n * Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the learner journey\n\n * Stay updated with AEB funding rules and programme requirements\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nYou are a proactive and confident communicator who enjoys working with communities and building strong partnerships.\n\nEssential:\n\n * Experience within Adult Education, Employability, or Skills Training\n\n * Background in learner recruitment, engagement, or outreach\n\n * Knowledge of AEB programmes or skills bootcamps\n\n * Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities\n\n * Strong organisational and time management skills\n\n * Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team\n\n * Good IT and digital skills\n\nDesirable:\n\n * IAG qualification or willingness to work towards one\n\n * Experience working with job centres or community organisations\n\n * Understanding of adult education funding and learner support frameworks\n\nApply Now\n\nIf you’re looking for a role where your work has a direct impact on people’s futures, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in learner engagement and employability.
