About the Company\n\nOur client is one of the UK’s largest providers of residential retrofit solutions for decarbonisation. Working across both social housing and private homes, they deliver large-scale programmes designed to improve energy efficiency and support the transition to low-carbon technologies.\n\nDue to continued growth, they are now seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their operations team in the Lancashire area on a Permanent Basis\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between residents, site teams, and clients during refurbishment and retrofit works carried out within occupied homes.\n\nYour role is to ensure residents are kept informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the project, helping ensure works are delivered smoothly and professionally.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide support to residents before, during and after works to their homes\n\t\nAct as the main point of contact for residents during projects\n\t\nIdentify vulnerable tenants and ensure additional support is provided\n\t\nArrange and manage access appointments for works\n\t\nCarry out resident inductions and property condition surveys\n\t\nOrganise and attend consultation and engagement events\n\t\nMaintain resident records in line with GDPR requirements\n\t\nWork closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to resolve issues\n\t\nSupport community engagement and social value initiatives\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role within the construction industry\n\t\nLiaison Officer experience is essential\n\t\nStrong communication and customer service skills\n\t\nGood organisation and problem-solving abilities\n\t\nUnderstanding of health & safety on construction sites\n\t\nBasic knowledge of GDPR and data protection\n\t\nFull UK driving licence\n\nDesirable:\n\nExperience working with housing associations or social housing\n\t\nUnderstanding of retrofit or energy efficiency works\n\nPersonal Attributes\n\nFriendly, approachable and empathetic\n\t\nProactive and organised\n\t\nReliable and able to meet deadlines\n\t\nAble to work independently and as part of a team\n\nIf you have experience in a customer-facing role within construction or housing and are looking to work on projects that improve homes and communities, we would love to hear from you
