They are passionate and knowledgeable about the Imperial Bamboo Bedding. We referred to our Sales Consultant as Luxury Brand Ambassadors to represent better the level of excellence of our team members!This role is self employed job working times 5 days per week ,the salary is build up from daily payment + high commision .Day to Day Key Responsibilities Your duties will include but not be limited to the following: Ensuring that you are well informed about all the items Imperial Bamboo Bedding, that you will sell and can communicate with confidence the features and benefits of their bedding and other products to potential customers. Act as an ambassador for the brand and companyAchieving the sales targets that are set for you and provide the highest levels of customer service to all our customers and potential customers in line with the Shopping Center. Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised environment on the counter where you work. Ensure Company Visual Merchandising standards are always maintained. Carrying out promptly any reasonable instructions or tasks set by your line manager. I.e., stock replenishment, unpacking stock deliveries, stock taking, recording sales figures and supervising agency staff. If requested, report sales figures to Sales & Education Manager on a weekly basis. Record individual sales data daily Opening, maintaining, and closing your cash till each day you are at work in line with store expectations. Being aware of and reporting any stock loss or damage on your counter and stock room area. Being aware of promotional activity.Skills/Experience Required Appreciation and a passion to work within the industry. A passion or keen interest in bedding sales Experience of providing a consistent high level of customer service. Experience of dealing with clients/customers. Highly organised team player, able to communicate with colleagues at all levels. Able to demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach. Mortgage & Protection Adviser Location: Basildon, Essex Salary: £30,000–£40,000 basic, depending on experience OTE: Up to £100,000 Commission: Uncapped Forward Systems Recruitment is working with an established specialist mortgage brokerage in Basildon that is looking to add an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to its team. This is a strong opportunity for an adviser who wants access to a consistent flow of inbound opportunities, uncapped earning potential and the chance to work with a varied client base, including more complex mortgage cases. The role You will work with prospective and existing clients to understand their circumstances, identify appropriate mortgage and protection solutions, and manage cases through the advice process. The business operates within a specialist area of the mortgage market and works with clients whose circumstances can be more complex than standard high-street cases, including self-employed and complex-income applicants. You will have access to a strong flow of inbound leads, allowing you to spend more of your time advising and converting clients rather than relying entirely on self-generated business. What we’re looking for • CeMAP qualified, • Around 2+ years’ mortgage advisory experience, • Current or recent experience working as a Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Broker or Mortgage & Protection Adviser, • Strong communication and client-management skills, • Comfortable advising clients across a range of mortgage circumstances, • Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based earnings, • Able to work from the Basildon area Package • £30,000–£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience, • OTE up to £100,000, • Uncapped commission, • Strong inbound lead flow, • Exposure to specialist and complex mortgage cases, • Training and support within the firm’s specialist market This role is particularly suited to an adviser who has built a solid foundation in mortgage advice and is looking for an opportunity with greater lead flow, earning potential and room to develop. We are looking for experienced and talented chef to join our team in Beckenham, is required previous experience with breakfast. Most of our food is made in house from scratch working with fresh ingredients. The venue is a busy bubbling restaurant open from Monday to Sunday. Suited for friendly, energetic and professional team players! We offer competitive wage between £13 and £15 per hour, we offer training and staff food/drinks when on duty. We are a family-run restaurant that has been operating for over 30 years. The atmosphere in the kitchen is very important to us. We work with experienced people, maintain good teamwork, and try to create a positive working environment. Working hours are generally from 9:30am to 3:00pm, followed by an afternoon break, then back for dinner service from 5:30pm until 10:30pm. The working week is Tuesday to Saturday. Every day we have four chefs in the kitchen, plus two kitchen porters — one focused on pots and pans, and one on dishes, who also helps the chefs with some preparation work.
