The successful Civil Engineer will: You will handle projects from the pre-planning stage through to on site construction, ensuring that every design is both innovative and compliant. • Take preliminary outlines and transform them into technical, detailed design packages for construction;, • Worked on Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and drainage reports that stand up to the scrutiny of clients and local authorities;, • Act as a bridge between the firm and external bodies, responding to planning conditions and managing client expectations via phone and email;, • Master industry standard drainage modelling software (Civil 3D / Site 3D) to ensure every solution is cost efficient and technically robust;, • Manage small scale projects without supervision and provide vital mentorship to technicians and students;, • Actively work toward your EngTech, IEng, or CEng professional qualification with full internal support.
