Up to £85,000.00 per annum | Monday to Friday | Permanent, Term Time Only | South East England \n\n As Headteacher, you will promote a relentless focus on the quality of education and delivery of a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and young people along with producing positive outcomes. As part of our team, you will focus on developing self-esteem and wellbeing, as well as academic performance and development. \n\n Our Headteacher will be responsible for delivering the school vision and ethos of ‘Thinking and Learning Differently’, which inspires and motivates pupils, staff and all other members of the school community. Ensuring that the increasingly complex and diverse needs of the pupils are met in the most appropriate manner through the effective management of the school and its resources. \n\n As Headteacher, you will take responsibility for the internal organisation, management and control of the school and promoting the wider role of it within the local community and across Outcomes First Group. \n Promote the wider role of the school within the local community and across Outcomes First Group. We are looking to hear from SEND professionals with the ability and ambition to inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding learning for pupils and young people with special education needs. \n We are looking for someone who knows how to bring a creative and innovative approach to improving performance and support for our pupils and their families.
