As the CQC Registered Manager, you ensure services are delivered in line with statutory requirements, professional standards, and organisational governance frameworks, achieving positive outcomes for people using the service. Working in close partnership with the Operations Manager and wider senior leadership team, you provide visible, values‑based leadership, ensure operational resilience, and drive continuous improvement across care delivery, workforce practice, and quality assurance • RGN / RMN with current NMC registration, • Relevant experience in management capacity in a health and social care setting, • Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person‑centred services, • Excellent leadership qualities and proven experience of managing an effective team, • Ability to problem solve and work autonomously, prioritising simple and complex tasks, • Previous experience of working in a nursing home, • Previous experience of being a Registered Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
