The Hub Coordinator will play a key role in delivering NL REACH services by organising cases for discussion, managing service input from partner agencies, ensuring prevention plans are appropriate and achievable, and recording outcomes accurately and professionally. NL REACH will also include properties offering short stay accommodation for individuals or families who require respite or additional support during key transitional periods. The Hub Coordinator will contribute to the management and upkeep of these properties, as well as the workspaces where professionals integrate and engage with service users. The coordinator must demonstrate a strong understanding of trauma informed and person-centred practice, with the ability to recognise and respond to the barriers faced by people experiencing homelessness. Knowledge of how North Lanarkshire Council’s housing services work in partnership with agencies such as Social Work, Health, and Police Scotland is highly beneficial. The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively link, coordinate, and manage multiple services. Strong communication, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to build positive relationships are essential.
