Sector: Infrastructure Location: Central London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Due to increased demand and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors or Senior Cost Managers to join a dynamic consultancy team based in Central London. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the Infrastructure sector (Water, Power, Utilities, Rail, or Aviation). This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, strengthen your consultancy expertise, and broaden your sector experience. We offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week in our Central London office and 2 days working from home, supporting work–life balance and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Cost Management - • Act as the primary Cost Manager, ensuring project budgets are effectively monitored and controlled., • Provide accurate cost forecasting, reporting, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered within budget., • Identify, manage, and report cost variances, ensuring contract cash flow is accurate and timely., • Contract Administration, • Administer various contracts, including NEC3 (Option C) and NEC4, in line with project objectives and governance policies., • Manage contract changes effectively, ensuring best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications and Experience: • Education: Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar., • Professional Accreditation: Ideally hold or be working towards membership in RICS, ACostE, or equivalent., • Sector Expertise: Proven experience within the Infrastructure sector., • Contract Knowledge: Strong experience with NEC3/4 contracts. Additional advantageous experience: • Communication and stakeholder management, • Major Infrastructure project experience, • Change management and valuation, • Risk Management, • Procurement, estimating, pricing, and reporting, • Collaborative working and best-for-project mindset, • People and commission management, • Driving efficiencies and improvements throughout the project lifecycle, • Strong technical understanding of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering
